Dr. Copeland has been practicing family medicine since 2006 and enjoys the broad spectrum of care. “I believe open communication is most important for a good doctor patient relationship,” she relates. “I take time to listen and identify specific concerns to help achieve individual health care goals. As a physician, I feel that improving overall health and well-being also requires an understanding of social, cultural background and mental health care needs.” In her free time, Dr. Copeland leads a Girl Scout troop and loves working with the girls to achieve their goals, and seeing their confidence and leadership skills grow.
