Dr. Zeiler wanted to become a doctor at a young age. His terminally ill grandmother lived with Dr. Zeiler and his family when he was young. That’s when he got to know her physician, an “incredible role model.” Today, Dr. Zeiler believes listening is his best approach to care. This keeps patients engaged and allows him to be their best health-care consultant. “I try to avoid medical jargon, and also provide my patients with verbal and written reports of my impressions and recommendations.”
