Over the years we’ve learned very well that illness and injury have little to do with regular business hours. Especially in a resort area we know that medical aid and treatment needs to be available at all hours.
Glenwood Medical provides Urgent Care from 5:00pm to 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, and we are open on Saturdays from 8:00 am until noon. We are able to treat those illnesses and injuries that are immediate but that don’t need the Emergency Room, and this has saved patients hundreds of dollars.
If your child is injured on the playing field after school, or if you know you are too sick to wait for a doctor the next morning, please call us at 970.945.8555, and you will get quality treatment that evening without the expense of an Emergency Room visit.

Dr. Brett Hesse
Brett is a graduate of Rifle High School and he’s happy to be back in his home state. He has a B.A. in Biology and Spanish from University of Colorado, Boulder. He graduated with honors from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and he was Chief Resident in the Family Medicine Residency program at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Hesse is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. He looks forward to his role here as a Primary Care Physician.
Dr. Kelli Konst-Skwiot
Kelli is a Family Medicine Specialist who recently took over for Dr. Maria Chansky at the Glenwood Medical office in the Silt Clinic. Her medical degree is from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, BWI, and prior to Glenwood Medical Dr. Konst-Skwiot was the Medical Director at Mountain Family Health Center. Dr. Kelli loves to work with families and kids, and she also has an interest in women’s health.
Dolores Snell, Physician Assistant
Dolores works in Internal Medicine with Dr. Susan Inscore. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Physician Assistant program. She has extensive experience in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Science. She is a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist and a Registered Cardiac sonographer. She has a strong interest in the mind/body connection as it pertains to overall health and wellness, and she enjoys working with women’s health and geriatric health care, and pacemaker and defibrillator management of arrhythmias.Our Teams for Your Health

Urgent Care/Minor Emergency at Glenwood Medical After Hours
Glenwood Medical is open for Urgent Care/Minor Emergencies Monday - Thursday until 7:00 pm. Sudden illnesses and injuries can happen late in the day, and Glenwood Medical Associates offers an affordable alternative to an expensive visit to the Emergency Room. Our clinic will treat Urgent Care/Minor Emergency injuries Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. , Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until noon. You can call to make an appointment or just walk in for Urgent Care. Save a bundle from the usual cost of the ER.
