Our Commitment to Timely, Convenient Care
We know that when you need care, timing matters. Here’s what you can expect when scheduling with GMA:
Acute Care (injury, fever, infection, urgent concerns)
You’ll speak with a medical assistant (MA) or receive a call back with your provider’s recommendation within one business day.
If a visit is needed, we’ll work to schedule a same-day or virtual appointment. If your primary provider isn’t available, we’ll offer the next available GMA provider who has full access to your medical record for seamless care.
Routine Care (follow-up visits, chronic condition checks)
Our goal is to schedule these visits within 2–3 weeks.
Annual Exams & Wellness Visits
Preventive care appointments are typically available within 4–6 weeks.
Transition of Care Visits (after a hospital stay)
To support your recovery, we will schedule a telephone or virtual visit within two business days of discharge, followed by an in-office appointment within two weeks.
